Compré este paraguas hace un año. Al año el paraguas se rompió a la hora de cerrarlo, quedando el paraguas totalmente inservible. El paraguas viene con 2 años de garantía. Contacté con Emma y todo fueron facilidades. Simplemente les envié un par de fotos del desperfecto y me han hecho llegar un paraguas totalmente nuevo sin coste. El paraguas es un paraguas grande y robusto, pero por algún motivo se rompió. Ningún artículo está exento de que pueda sufrir algún desperfecto. Pero es ahí cuando la atención postventa y garantía del producto debe responder y en este caso no puede ser mejor.

Der Schirm ist sehr schön verarbeitet und sieht auch sehr gut aus.Die Tragetasche finde ich Super, weil man Ihn bequem über die Schulter hängen kann. Er läßt sich leicht öffnen und wieder verschließen. Vor kurzem trat ein Problem auf, eine der Nieten hat sich gelöst. Nach Reklamation beim Verkäufer kam umgehend Ersatz. So eine Kleinigkeit kann immer mal passieren, da aber umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt wurde und der Regenschirm wirklich sehr stabil verarbeitet ist, trotzdem 5 Sterne.

schirm wurde nicht mal verwendet, war kaputt beim 1. mal aufspannen, ein Teil flog davon und das wars dann. The locking mechanism allowing you to shut the umbrella fell off somewhere during its third or fourth use. Can only close umbrella by wrapping it up (soaking wet) and fastening the velcro fastener to furl it. Very poor.

This umbrella is very poor quality. It seems that one thing about it broke every week as I used it. the handle is plastic and on the first day it got scratched and left permanent marks. Then the strap broke. Then the locking mechanism popped out. Then the whole water sheild and the pole became detached as you can see in photo one, it’s able to slide up and down the pole. Un-usable.If you only use umbrellas very occasionally or for cosmetic uses this may be for you. But if you plan to use it regularly then it will not last as the quality it poor.

Der Schirm macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck und nicht zuletzt lassen die Rezensionen einen qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt erwarten.Wie bereits dem Titel meiner Rezension zu entnehmen ist, vermute ich im Fall des Schirms welchen ich erhielt eine Fehlproduktion. Die Rippen schienen mangelhaft “vernietet” zu sein und leichter Druck auf den aufgespannten Schirm ließ die Rippen dann direkt nachgeben. Folglich werde ich den Schirm zurücksenden.Sollte Sie meine Rezension zum Zweifeln gebracht haben, dann empfehle ich Ihnen es mir gleich zu tun und auf das Modell des Herstellers “Collar and Cuffs London” umzusteigen. Diesen Schirm habe ich vor Jahren meiner damaligen Freundin geschenkt und er hat sowohl sie als auch mich über Jahre immer verlässlich vor Wind und Wetter geschützt. Das erwähnte Modell ist zum Zeitpunkt dieser Rezension knapp 5€ teurer als der Schirm von “Royal Walk”. Ich habe das Modell jetzt auch für mich gekauft.

Unfortunately I have lost the ferrule, the tip of umbrella, leaving me with an open shaft, and with water coming inside the brolly. Der Schirm ist in einer Hülle mit Schlaufe / Riemen, so dass dieser auch über die Schulter getragen werden kann. Der Schirm öffnet über eine Automatik, die anfangs etwas zögerlich – dann aber überzeugend öffnet.Die Größe ist für eine Person sehr gut ausreichen, für zwei eher knapp. Durch die vielen Streben wirkt er sehr stabil. Den ersten (leichten) Regenschauer hat das Gewebe gut abgehalten. Wie er sich bei Starkregen und starkem Wind bzw. auf Dauer verhält, kann ich natürlich noch nicht sagen. Der erste Eindruck ist positiv.

Used once in mild rain, no wind.With in 10 minutes the handle started to come loose and split in half.Second time I tried to close it, the central shaft went straight through the top of the umbrella. When I used this product on its first outing in the rain, the carry sleeve provided broke consequently meaning the umbrella dropped off my shoulder and was damaged. However I explained my situation to the ‘royal walk’ customer support and they were very helpful. They were very understanding and sent me a brand new umbrella asa replacement. Der beste Schirm ever. Er ist stabil und extrem sturmfest. Bei einer Sturmböe könnte man sich daran fest halten und abheben. Auf der Suche nach einem großen, schwarzen Schirm sind wir auf dieses Angebot gestoßen. Beim dritten Öffnen trennte sich der Schirm vom Stock. Wir reklamierten und es gab keine Diskussion, der Schriftverkehr war sehr schnell abgewickelt, der neue Schirm wurde auf den Weg gebracht. Leider kam der Karton defekt an, er war an einer Ecke nass geworden, der Schirm hatte sich dort durch den Karton gebohrt und die Spitze war so verbogen worden – ein Verschulden des Transporteurs, nicht des Herstellers. Royal Walk war wieder sehr höflich und hat alles daran gesetzt, einen neuen Schirm unversehrt in kürzester Zeit zu uns zu bringen. Jetzt sind wir wirklich gespannt, wie lange der neue Schirm hält – aber der Service ist unbedingt hervorzuheben.Anzumerken ist noch – die Spitze des Schirms ist anders, als auf der Abbildung.

Größe fast zu groß für die Stadt man kommt nicht durch engere Durchgänge.Beschichtung okay Schirm ist schnell Trocken einfach kurz ausschütten und fertig.Verarbeitung ist auf Edel gemacht aber in detail Schrott.Öffner Knauf aus Plastik in Metaloptik.Eine schöne Idee mit der Hülle das man den Schirm umhängen kann, nur ist die Schlaufe zum umhängen grade mal so das es über die Schulter geht (Hemdengrösse XL) über den Rücken quer geht garnicht.Verstellbar ist da auch nix.Grundsätzlich ein Schönes Produkt das mir eine Weile Freude bereiten wird aber für das Geld 27. 99 € nicht wieder umbedingt.Für das Geld hätte ich nur einen schönen Namen gehabt sondern auch eine durchgängige Gute Verarbeitung.

Leider kann ich die anderen positiven Rezensionen nicht teilen, nachdem mein Schirm vor einigen Tagen von einer Windböe – bei somit zugegebenermaßen ziemlich windigen Verhältnissen, aber schließlich wird er auch als “sturmfest” bzw. “windsicher” verkauft – umgedreht bzw. gleichzeitig sogar das Metallrohr knapp oberhalb des Holzgriffes umgeknickt wurde und sodann abgebrochen ist. Having owned/used various umbrella types in my lifetime, I can honestly say this is the best. Collapsible ones are great for saving space but aren’t particularly good at keeping you dry in a downpour. Golf umbrellas are great for two of you but, well, look a bit naff if you’re not on a golf course.The Royal Walk umbrella is light enough to carry, especially in its own case with shoulder strap, opens easily at the touch of a button and is plenty big enough to keep me and my wife dry or, if we’re pushing our grandchild in a pushchair, keeps most of the rain off us all. Not been used in really windy weather but have no doubt the build quality would handle it.Overall, an excellent product.

Nach Jahren des Frusts über zu klapprige, zu kleine und zu schlecht verarbeitete Schirme habe ich für einen Onlinekauf entschieden. Mir waren beim Kauf 3 Dinge wichtig: Robustheit, die Größe und die Verarbeitung.Schirm kam überpünktlich und konnte direkt an Heiligabend ausgetestet werden, da wir gut Sturm hatten.Kein Wackeln und kein Umbiegen und dank der Größe passen auch gut 2 Personen drunter ohne dass man sich gegeneinander anlehnen muss. Öffnen und schließen geht einfach, man benötigt etwas Kraft, aber keine Hydraulikpresse.Die Verarbeitung ist Top, der Handlauf ist durch seine Machart sehr angenehm zu halten und trägt damit auch dazu bei dass man den Schirm nicht wie einen Drachen hinter sich her zieht. Das geringe Gewicht ist ebenfalls nicht zu merken und trägt zum Comfort bei.Als Gehstock kann man ihn benutzen auch wenn man etwas größer ist (1,90 Meter) aber in meinem Alter brauche ich noch keinen. Ansonsten kann man diesen Schirm weiterempfehlen.

Der Schirm ist schön groß und optisch ansprechend, leider ist mir das Ding heute um die Ohren geflogen. Habe den Schirm erst 5 bis 8 mal benutzen und schon hat sich die Stange durch den Schirm durchgebohrt. War ein Fehlkauf.

Ich mag den Schirm wirklich gern und bis jetzt ist er tadellos. Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich eine Mail erhalten, dass wenn ich eine 5 Sterne Bewertung schreibe einen Regenschirm kostenlos erhalte, Ich finde dieses Verkäuferverhalten einfach mies. So kommen mehr und mehr Fake-Bewertungen zu Stande.

Guten Tag, leider muss ich feststellen, dass dieser Regenschrim nicht die Qualität hat, die der Hersteller versprochen hat. Sieh hierzu Foto im anhang. Nach 6 Monaten und insgesamt 10 mal Nutzung so ein Defekt hat mit Qualität nichts zu tun. Ich habe heute diesen Regenschrim reklamiert und bin gespannt ob die versprochene 2 Jahres Garantie jetzt funktionieren wird. D.h. ich sollt ein Ersatzschrirm bekommen. Sollte das der Fall sein, so passe ich meine Bewertung an.UpDate: Innerhalb von 1 Woche habe ich einen neuen Regenschrim bekommen. Das ist eine 100% Erfüllung der Garantie. Deswegen jetzt 5 Sterne.

Mit dem Regenschirm bin ich sehr zufrieden! Er macht einen robusten Eindruck, sieht gut aus und erfüllt meine Erwartungen voll und ganz. Auch die Lieferung war sehr schnell.Ein kleines Problem gab es mit der mitgelieferten Hülle und ich habe Kontakt mit dem Hersteller aufgenommen. So konnte ich erleben, dass auch der Service sehr freundlich ist und gut funktioniert. Eine neue Hülle wurde umgehend per Post geschickt.

Der Schirm hat eine sehr gute Größe, er wirkte stabil und robust.beim zweiten mal im Regen hat er mich leider im Stich gelassen, da zwei kleine Nieten rausflogen und er nun leider nicht mehr gut hält.Da ich sehr selten im Regen unterwegs bin, ist das bei mir nach ca. 6 Monaten nach dem Kauf passiert…Würde empfehlen ihn ausgiebig direkt nach dem Kauf zu testen.

Sin duda la relación calidad / precio es excelente. Quizás no he sido consciente de lo grande que es hasta que lo he recibido, pero eso no es culpa del producto, ya que se indican claramente las dimensiones, si no mía por no tenerlas en cuenta. En resumen, muy buen producto. Si quieres un paraguas grande, sin duda éste es una muy buena opción. Como sugerencia, estaría bien eque estuviese en otros colores, incluido algún estampado.

The first one of these that I purchased had a roll pin missing from one of the lifting ribs so basically one of the short arms just flopped about. I returned it for a refund. But on researching various models around I decided to give this one another go hoping that it was just a one off fault. The next one arrived and of course I checked all the roll pins which seemed to be fine on this new one. I am not a big fan of roll pins and prefer solid rivets. I understand why roll pins are used in order to keep the weight down. This being a large umbrella obviously benefits from reduced weight.I find the umbrella just slightly too long to act as a walking stick but again that is a trade off for having such a large canopy. The large canopy is exactly what I was looking for so no argument there.The fabric appears to be of a good quality and obviously has a waterproofing quality as the water beads quite well.The automatic opening also works quite well as does the manual closing latch which engages easily. A quick spin and most of the rain water shakes off.When extended the fabric is tight and covers two people comfortably. I can’t really comment on the wind capability because what little wind I experienced did not seem to be a problem even though it is a big umbrella.Overall a good buy

I walk a lot for exercise and leisure. Living in Ireland we get a lot of rain and some windy days. My solution for years was to wear coats, but if you’re a walker you’ll know that wearing a coat while working up a sweat is a terrible exerperience. I endured that for years and at times avoided walking in the rain entirely because it was not a pleasant experience. After getting this umbrella I haven’t had a need for a coat! It’s large enough to keep me dry in the worst of weather and it actually makes it a pleasure to walk in the rain – almost like I’m inside a hut and being completely dry while watching the rain all around, it’s actually really beautiful.I have used it in very windy conditions and if the wind catches it from the wrong direction it does not break and you simply need to turn it against the wind to use it as normal. The carry bag is handy for keeping hands free if needed but I have only used it once and it fits easily over shoulder.The design is really classy. The wooden handle gives it character and it has a signature on it that adds to that. The hooked handle also helps with holding more easily, especially in windy conditions.Take care if using in extremely windy conditions because the wind might blow you around..Highly recommend for walkers and for those who want a styly umbrella for special occasions.

It less good whilst it lasted. Recently, with no real reason, the clip that holds the umbrella closed fell off. Now the only way to keep it shut is with the velcro strap.
