Shipping, Payments, and Returns
Shipping
The 95% of the orders we receive are shipped within 48 hours. However, in the unlucky case the ordered product does not pass the final quality control, it could take up to 2-3 more days before the new shipping.
Very rarely there may be a delivery delay of 10-20 business days due to reasons beyond our control, such as national holidays, national strikes or protests, virus epidemics and pandemics, and others for which Royal Walk Umbrellas is not responsible.
Deliveries to the European country – 2-7 business days.
Rarely the delivery time – 7-14 business days.
Deliveries to the USA – 2-5 business days. Rarely the delivery time – 7-14 business days.
Deliveries to North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Africa – 7-14 business days.
Deliveries to Bulgaria and Romania – 1-2 business days.
Payments
Payment can be made by debit or credit card through the payment system Stripe or PayPal. When the customer uses mobile device the payment can be made by Apple Pay or Google Pay too.
Published prices include VAT (in case of shipments inside the EU) and customs duties.
Royal Walk Umbrellas is not liable at all for possible delays depending on custom clearing, weather or force majeure conditions.
Shipping is freely guaranteed against accidental damages. Once the product is delivered, the guarantee does not longer apply.
If the customer needs an invoice, it is necessary to contact us by email and he will receive it within 24 hours.
Returns
From the moment of delivery of the order, you can decide within 30 days to return the product received. To do this, simply send an email to royalwalk.umbrellas@gmail.com (or as response to order confirmation email) specifying the order number. The customer is however responsible for the shipping costs.
The company offices are closed from December 24 to January 2 for the Christmas holidays. Any order received during such time periods will be processed at the office opening.
